2. Create an Account (Step-by-Step)

Click “Create Account” to enter the Cert Portal registration.

Name, email, phone, password. Your name must exactly match your legal ID.

Step 3: Accept Terms & Select Registration Type

Choose individual or organization-sponsored registration.

Step 4: Confirm Email
